Free Trial Menu

The purpose of these free trial menu plans is to show you an example of the vast array of food that can be eaten whilst following the Jigsaw Unit Diet. Please remember that they are an example and not menu plans that will be given to you. The beauty of the Jigsaw Unit Diet is that you decide what to eat, so if it's Organic Produce only, Ready Meals all the way, Chocolate snacks, home cooked meals every day .... you decide what to eat and when to eat it!

We include convenience foods in some of our example menus to show that any foods can be included, If you cook your own meals from scratch you will have the control of knowing what goes into it, you can add or substitute items, and you generally end up with a better sized portion!

Each menu plan consists of a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner option plus two snacks. For optimum weight loss try to consume between 1.5 - 2.0 litres of water and partake in some physical exercise, such as a brisk walk. As with all diet and weight loss programmes we recommend discussing your dietary and exercise plans with a GP before starting.
