"I have tried all diets and this is the only one that has ever worked for me. I even followed The Unit Diet maintenance plan throughout my pregnancy. I didn't want to gain more than I should. I weighed in the week before I gave birth and had only gained 30½lb over the 9 months, my midwife was over the moon as this was the recommended weight gain associated with pregnancy! I have found it really easy to get straight back on track only two weeks after giving birth, and I am looking forward to my new body. |
