Diet Support
Dieting can be a long and difficult journey at times. Thankfully our Unit Diet plan is very easy to follow and many members feel it is easy enough to follow without any external support whatsoever. However, we have some members who find that having a support system in place really keeps them on track. We have a couple of options available for those people who like the extra support:
- When you purchase any Jigsaw Slimming publication you may call on us at any time for help, guidance or support. We are happy to check over your food diaries for you to make sure you're on the right track, or discuss ways to optimise your weight loss. You will be sent a members only email address with your order, this can be used at any time you need us.
- Some members benefit from joining an online community. We have an agreement in place with slimming website Slimfo.com. Jigsaw Slimming members may register on their site free of charge and make use of the facilities, meet other members, share hint and tips and hopefully find the support they enjoy.
- Part of our Diamond Membership is access to a live online meeting hosted by a Jigsaw Slimming consultant. Our meetings are very informal and can be used for members to ask any questions they might have, chat to our Consultants and to each other. For more information please click here.
