What is Diamond?
Diamond is our online membership plan that gives you access to every Jigsaw Slimming book online. You can utilise unlimited support from the Jigsaw Membership Team, keep your own Journal and record and save your daily food diaries.Diamond members can access our members only food database containing over 10,000 Unit values, use our Matrix Calculator, access our recipe database ... plus lots more.
Diamond members will receive a free Jigsaw Slimming notebook for recording daily food diaries when you're not at your pc. The notebook also benefits from it's own mini-matrix inside the back cover ... ideal for keeping in your handbag/pocket, this will be sent to you with your welcome letter
PLUS, members will have the option to have the Matrix on their mobile phone! No more carrying the regular Matrix around with you. Simply enter the calorie and fat content of the food/drink item using your mobile phone keypad and the Unit value will calculate for you. This service is free of charge to Diamond Members and requires no extra subscription*
LIVE MEETING the next best thing to attending a Jigsaw Slimming class. A Jigsaw Slimming consultant will host the meeting giving a brief talk about topical subjects, followed by an interactive session where they will answer any questions, discuss weight loss, help set goal weights, etc. This service will be part of your Diamond Membership Fee

A one-off payment of just £34.99 gives you unlimited access to the Diamond area - no further payments required! This is fanastic value, it's the same as attending a regular slimming club for around 7-8 weeks, except we also give you every Jigsaw Slimming publication and so much more!
How Do I Sign Up?
